First Choice Remodeling was started in 1990 by Laurence J.
Wolf Sr. Beginning as a small handyman service where
Laurence did all the work himself the company took on mostly
repair jobs and small construction projects. During 1994
Laurence decided to expand his service to larger
construction projects of the remodel type. FCR did a lot of
basement finishing and kitchen and bath remodels over the
next 10 years. In 2004 FCR started doing larger projects such
as garages, decks, porches (both closed and open variety),
and room additions. Over the last few years Laurence has
had his oldest son Joseph join him in doing the work on the
projects and this year has also brought in his youngest son,
Laurence Jr., to help out. As you look through the site and
some of the completed projects on the attached pages you
will see the effort put into the work to maintain the highest
quality completed project possible. Our pledge to you as the
customer is this: When you contract FCR to do your project,
the completed work is what was contracted for, done in a
timely manner, is of the highest quality workmanship, and
looks as how you visioned it should look when completed.
