First Choice Remodeling offers a variety of services to the
residential and commercial customer in projects as small as a minor
handyman repair like installing a ceiling fan or replacing a water
heater, or broken window or damaged door, etc., to medium sized
construction projects like a new garage, or addition to a building
like extending a kitchen in a home, finishing a basement, or adding
a room or two, or even expanding office space to a commercial
building.
Our experience has taught us that as much diversity there is in the
types of customers we serve there is also much diversity in the
types of project needs these customers have. We here at First
Choice Remodeling strive to meet your needs whatever your
project scope.
We will supply you with a complete and comprehensive service
starting with initial consultation to review specifications you desire
for your project as well as interim consultation prior to the submittal
of a final proposal all free of charge to you. When our proposal is
received by you we will also provide interim consultation to answer
any questions or address any concerns and to assure that the
proposal meets your specifications for the project. Once you
accept the proposal we will provide continued communication on
project status as often as required by you during the project
duration so as to assure the continued progress of the project is on
schedule to meet your desired results. Once the project is
completed we will meet with you to discuss any concerns or
questions you have prior to billing for the final payment. Upon
conclusion of the project and the final payment is made we will
continue our support throughout the warranty period.
As part of the proposal process we will provide you with CAD
drawings of the proposed project or if Engineered Drawings are
required as part of the permit process or because that is what you
desire for the project then we can refer a list of local Architects &
Engineers for you to choose from if you don't already have one
retained. In any case, during the project progression we will work
diligently to meet all the specifications outlined in the drawings. If
during the project progression we find a specification in the
drawings to be unworkable then we will initiate a consultation with
you and others responsible to provide a work around prior to the
project continuing. This step in the project progression is of the
utmost importance in the areas of structural integrity, and code
compliance. When a project is contracted that doesn't require a
drawing to direct us then we will use standard acceptable
construction practices to complete your project.

foundations, brick work and stone masonry, electrical layout and
installation, plumbing, tile installation, HVAC layout and installation,
roofing, painting, and finish carpentry.
We are knowledgeable in many of the local municipal codes as well
as national building code specifications including flood plain
restrictions and site plan development.
